ROCHESTER HILLS — A missing Rochester Hills teen was found Nov. 13 at a man’s home in Newaygo County.

ROSEVILLE — The criminal sexual conduct case against a Roseville man who works as an assistant principal at a school in Detroit will advance to Macomb County Circuit Court.

TROY — Lucas Rossi, a student at Troy High and scout with Crew 314/Troop 1707, recently completed his Eagle Scout project — a set of miniature fire trucks that the Troy Fire Department can use at open houses and other events.

ROYAL OAK — On Nov. 9, Katrina Deann-Renee Patterson, 26, of Canton, was arrested after allegedly fleeing from the Royal Oak police and crashing into the Ulta Beauty at 27844 Woodward Ave. 

SHELBY TOWNSHIP — A 46-year-old man from Houston has been charged with multiple felonies after two men were found dead inside a used car dealership in Shelby Township Nov. 7. 

TROY — Authorities have arrested a man they believe robbed a Troy gas station at gunpoint using a rifle. The incident occurred during the early morning hours Oct. 30. 

ROYAL OAK — Police have identified the 83-year-old man who was killed on Oct. 24 at a home on Sheridan Drive, and the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office has charged a 35-year-old woman with first-degree murder in the killing. 

SHELBY TOWNSHIP — A 31-year-old man from Florida was convicted of all charges for his role in violently abducting a man outside a Shelby Township gym in 2023.

WARREN — The Warren Police Department recently unveiled a new method of transportation — one police said that will not only assist in patrol but will help the department engage with the community.

ROCHESTER HILLS — The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a 17-year-old from Rochester Hills who went missing after school on Friday, Nov. 7.

ROSEVILLE — Every month, Roseville Fire Capt. Michelle Cattaneo and Fire Marshal Bill Ciner visit residents at their homes to install smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.

MACOMB COUNTY — Following a delay of more than 90 minutes and several additional witnesses called to testify, a juvenile who allegedly was fleeing from police and crashed into another vehicle, resulting in a Madison Heights man’s death, was ordered to stand trial on the charges against him.

SHELBY TOWNSHIP — Police are investigating a double homicide and have a suspect in custody after two men were found dead inside a used car dealership in Shelby Township Nov. 7.

WARREN — Mayor Lori Stone recently appointed two officers to leadership positions in the Warren Police Department.

HAZEL PARK — Authorities in Hazel Park are working to piece together five break-ins at vacant properties that occurred around town last month. They’re also urging property owners to secure any unoccupied homes and encouraging the public to be vigilant about suspicious activity.

FERNDALE — The FBI has made arrests in what it believes was a planned terrorist attack that looked to Ferndale as a possible target.

TROY — Two suspects connected to a break-in at the Bootleg Liquor Store, located at 4973 Livernois in Troy, were arrested by Troy police Oct. 12.

TROY — Troy police recently arrested a suspect in connection with a bank robbery at the Fifth Third Bank in Troy.

ROCHESTER HILLS — Members of the Rochester Hills Fire Department were recently recognized for their bravery, leadership and commitment to public safety throughout the past year.
