NOVI — The Road Commission for Oakland County closed Haggerty Road from 13 Mile to 14 Mile roads on the border of Novi and Farmington Hills on Sept. 2.

WARREN/STERLING HEIGHTS/TROY — On Sept. 2, the Warren Consolidated Schools Board of Education issued a press release to announce that the district is seeking applicants to be considered for an appointment to the school board.

TROY — During its meeting Aug. 25, the Troy City Council unanimously approved the purchase of a new sugar and storage shed at the Lloyd A. Stage Nature Center.
