NOVI — On May 22, two new officers were sworn in as members of the Novi Police Department.

NOVI — Novi boys swim and dive not only improved from its 10th place finish at the 2022 Michigan High School Athletic Association Division 1 State Finals, it also took a giant step forward for the program’s future.

NOVI — Novi police officers, firefighters and some civilians were honored for their bravery and commitment to the Novi community during the annual Novi Police and Fire Awards Ceremony, held May 4 at the Novi Civic Center.

ROYAL OAK — Just a few weeks away from Oakland County Football Club’s opener against Midwest United on May 13, the club has made multiple roster moves as OCFC fans continue to anticipate whether or not certain fan favorites will be back for the 2023 season.

NOVI — The Novi Community School District was represented by four teams at the robotics world  competition this month. The teams included two middle school teams and two high school teams — Frog Force and the new and less-well-known Automated Amphibians.

NOVI — Over 250 people attended the Novi Educational Foundation’s annual Green Gala Fundraiser April 15 at Suburban Collection Showplace. The event, which was presented by Feldman Automotive, netted just over $56,000 for the foundation.

NOVI — Local children’s author and illustrator Caroline Kerfoot, of West Bloomfield, spoke to students at Orchard Hills Elementary School in Novi March 25 about her book, “Hi, I’m Fox!”
