MOUNT CLEMENS — Savvy seniors and other riders can rest easy about the Mount Clemens dial-a-ride program. The city commission approved a bus leasing agreement with SMART at the commission’s meeting on April Fool’s Day.

MOUNT CLEMENS — On March 13, Fraser resident Hunter Locke-Hughes was ordered to serve 90 months to 30 years in prison on first-degree child abuse and involuntary manslaughter charges in the drowning death of Terry Adams, a 6-year-old special needs child.

MOUNT CLEMENS — Much can change in the span of a year. About half a year into the Cairns Community Center’s reopening and acquisition by the city of Mount Clemens, city officials agreed to extend the operating partnership with TCB Youth Mentoring and Advancing Macomb’s “Breaking Barriers to Play” program.
