AUBURN HILLS — On Feb. 2, at approximately 11 p.m., personnel from the Auburn Hills Police and Auburn Hills Fire Department responded to a single-vehicle crash at the exit ramp from Southbound I-75 to Eastbound M-59.
The female driver and sole occupant of the white 2017 Chevy Trax was pronounced deceased at the scene. The 32-year-old female driver was a resident of Pontiac. At the request of her family, the name of the deceased was not released to the public.
No cause of the crash has been announced by authorities. This crash is currently being investigated by Auburn Hills Detectives and the Southeast Oakland County Crash Investigation Team. The investigation team consists of crash investigators from Auburn Hills, Bloomfield Twp., Troy, Bloomfield Hills, Birmingham, and Clawson.
