UTICA — If you’re looking for a reason to get out and get some fresh air, the Detroit Institute of Arts Inside|Out program has made Utica one of its homes for the summer. As of July 2, six high-quality reproductions of works of art from the DIA’s collection have been installed for visitors to admire.
