He defeated Madison Heights City Councilman David Soltis, Durrel Douglas, Ernest Little and Ryan Nelson.

METRO DETROIT — On the night of the Aug. 2 primary election, before the final results were tallied, Andy Levin conceded defeat to Haley Stevens. Her victory was confirmed the following day.

OAKLAND COUNTY — A new Oakland County Land Bank was approved by the county’s Board of Commissioners at its June 23 meeting.
