MOUNT CLEMENS — After about two years of renovations and a temporary location, the Mount Clemens Public Library is getting ready to move back to its 150 Cass Ave. location and open by mid-November.

CLINTON TOWNSHIP — The Chippewa Valley High School theater program invites you to come be their guest as they perform “Beauty and the Beast” this November.

HARRISON TOWNSHIP — The Harrison Township Board of Trustees passed a resolution to support a Detroit Institute of Arts “Partners in Public Art” project in the township at its Oct. 11 meeting.

HARRISON TOWNSHIP — This November, Harrison Township Public Library officials are asking voters to renew an existing millage with an increase to pay for expanded services.

CLINTON TOWNSHIP — The Clinton Township Board of Trustees began their regular meeting Oct. 3 with a presentation on road work.

HARRISON TOWNSHIP — The Department of the Air Force is considering Selfridge Air National Guard Base as the site of the foreign pilot training center for the F-35 fighter jet.

MACOMB TOWNSHIP — Macomb Township Treasurer Leon Drolet presented a report on township finances to the Board of Trustees at the Sept. 28 meeting.

CLINTON TOWNSHIP — Held on Sept. 28, Oct. 12 and Oct. 26, the Prince Drewry Park Market Days bring together local entrepreneurs and artisans to sell their goods within the community.

CLINTON TOWNSHIP — The Clinton Township Board of Trustees unanimously voted to reject the bid for the Civic Center’s parking lot repair project at its Monday, Sept. 26, meeting.
