FARMINGTON HILLS — In the early morning hours of March 12, members of the Farmington Hills Police and Fire departments responded to a reported structure fire at the Country Glen Condos, located at 30535 14 Mile Road, according to a press release from the city of Farmington Hills.

SOUTHFIELD — Police were dispatched to the scene of an accident at West Eight Mile Road and Northland Drive at 11:30 p.m. March 11. A speeding red Ford Edge ran a red light, struck a silver Ford Edge and caught fire, trapping the vehicle’s occupants.

BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP — An in-home aide has been charged after being accused of stealing thousands of dollars from an elderly woman she was hired to help.

ROSEVILLE — A 13-year-old Roseville resident is the suspect in a shooting that occurred near two Roseville schools and sent a 40-year-old Warren man to the hospital.

ROCHESTER — A real estate investor who formerly lived in Rochester has pleaded guilty to stealing over $3 million in a wire and bankruptcy fraud scheme.

ROCHESTER HILLS — The Rochester High School school resource officer received an “Ok2Say” tip from school officials indicating that a 15-year-old student had made a verbal threat to bring a gun to the school while talking among friends playing a video game Feb. 22.
