NOVI — The Acme Partyworks Rental Co. building at 41326 Vincenti Court was lost to what appears to be an accidental fire Nov. 2, according to Novi Assistant Fire Chief John Martin.

MACOMB COUNTY — After months of digging through a Lenox Township landfill, the search for the body of a missing Eastpointe teenager has come to a close.

EASTPOINTE — A man won’t be facing charges after an alleged road rage shooting that left one dead Sept. 30 in Eastpointe.

NOVI — A California woman was sentenced in Oakland County Circuit Court Sept. 29 for attempting to have sex with a teenage boy from Novi in April.

ROCHESTER HILLS — A 74-year-old man from Rochester Hills has died from injuries sustained Sept. 20 after a woman ran a red light and struck a car he was riding in in Rochester Hills, according to police.

ROCHESTER HILLS – A 23-year-old woman from Rochester Hills died Sept. 20 after her car hit an embankment and became airborne before crashing on its side.
