ROCHESTER HILLS — A Rochester Hills man will spend life in prison, without the possibility of parole, for fatally shooting his wife earlier this year. Shaun Wheeler was convicted of first-degree premeditated murder in the death of his wife, Cory Ehlers, in Oakland County Circuit Court in November. He was sentenced Dec. 20 before Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Phyllis McMillen.
