MOUNT CLEMENS — On Oct. 22, Macomb County Sheriff Anthony Wickersham and Prosecutor Peter Lucido released the name of the suspect in the alleged attempted murder of a Macomb Township businessman earlier this month and outlined the charges he now faces.

ROCHESTER HILLS — A 20-year-old motorcyclist from Rochester Hills was killed Oct. 4 in a traffic accident.

TROY — A suspect has been arrested in a stabbing incident that occurred in late August. 

MACOMB TOWNSHIP — The Macomb County Sheriff’s Office announced Oct. 19 that an arrest has been made in the alleged attempted murder of a Macomb Township businessman earlier this month. The arrest was scheduled to be addressed at a press conference at the Macomb County Jail on Oct. 22.

TROY — Troy ended the summer with a charity softball match between the city’s police and fire departments.

STERLING HEIGHTS/DETROIT — A Farmington Hills man is facing charges in Detroit for allegedly hitting and killing a Sterling Heights woman.

STERLING HEIGHTS — A Sterling Heights man has been ordered to stand trial for allegedly robbing a bank.
