ROCHESTER/ROCHESTER HILLS — A woman from Rochester Hills has filed a class action lawsuit against Goldfish Swim School claiming the company failed to protect customers from being secretly video recorded while changing.

BERKLEY — An unfortunate accident at a crosswalk in Berkley led to the death of a small dog. According to the Berkley Public Safety Department, the incident took place at approximately 8:35 a.m. Wednesday, April 29, near Coolidge Highway and Harvard Road.

The plan is to replace the department’s current fleet of 2018 Harley Davidson Electra Glides by the end of 2026.
