CLINTON TOWNSHIP — Voters in the Chippewa Valley school district will soon be tasked with determining whether a key revenue source will be allowed to continue.

BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP — A millage renewal focused on public safety will be voted on in Bloomfield Township Aug. 6.

ROCHESTER/ROCHESTER HILLS/OAKLAND TOWNSHIP — The Rochester Hills Public Library is asking Rochester Hills voters to consider a millage hike in the August primary election.

ROCHESTER HILLS — The Avondale Schools district will ask voters to consider a $150 million bond issue when they head to the polls Aug. 6.

GROSSE POINTE FARMS — Voters in Grosse Pointe Farms will be deciding this fall whether to continue the city’s dedicated road millage for another five years.

WEST BLOOMFIELD — Voters in West Bloomfield have been tasked with deciding whether to approve a 20-year, $25 million bond proposal for the West Bloomfield Parks and Recreation Commission.

MADISON HEIGHTS — Roslyn Grafstein, the mayor of Madison Heights, has announced she is running for a four-year term on the Oakland County Board of Commissioners.

WALLED LAKE — As part of a May 7 ballot initiative, voters who reside within the Walled Lake Consolidated Schools District are in position to decide whether or not to approve an approximately $250 million bond proposal.

WARREN — Democratic Macomb County Commissioner Mai Xiong defeated Republican Ronald Singer in the April 16 special election to fill the District 13 seat in the Michigan House of Representatives left vacant when Lori Stone was elected Warren’s mayor in November.

ROSEVILLE — The Roseville City Council added an item to the November ballot at its April 9 meeting that will ask voters if they want to make a change to the rules governing the city’s Board of Review.

WARREN — Voters in the Warren Weekly’s coverage area will be among those electing a candidate to represent District 13 in the Michigan House of Representatives in a special election April 16.

ST. CLAIR SHORES — In a 5-2 vote, the St. Clair Shores City Council, at their March 18 meeting, approved ballot language for a streets millage proposal to be put on the August 2024 ballot.
