The absence of affordable housing options for families facing substandard housing has happened as the wealth gap has significantly increased since the pandemic. Lenders and government programs are offering incentives via loans and outright grants, but they remain the best kept secret. Many of these programs are not limited to low-income recipients. Many qualify for benefits. A classic example is a $5,000.00 grant for first time home buyers, which can be used to buy down interest rates for a more affordable payment. Bowers Realty seeks to help you close this information gap.
