DETROIT — Warren De La Salle has made making the Michigan High School Athletic Association Division 2 state finals game look like an ordinary task the past seven seasons, reaching the finals six times, including four straight times with their appearance this year.

WARREN/STERLING HEIGHTS — Earlier this month, the Warren Consolidated Schools Board of Education approved a settlement offer for government entity claims against Altria Group, the maker of JUUL e-cigarettes.

WARREN — A former Warren police officer accused of depriving a prisoner of his constitutional rights by using excessive force inside the jail and filing a false report has been named in a federal indictment.

WARREN — The alleged ringleader and breaking and entering suspect in several tri-county crimes was arraigned in the 37th District Court in Warren and charged with multiple felonies on Oct. 20.

WARREN — Two brothers were charged in the 37th District Court before Judge Michael Chupa on Oct. 31 for their alleged role in assaulting Warren police officers and disturbing the peace.
