ROSEVILLE — Roseville police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a person of interest after a body was found in a vehicle following a traffic crash Oct. 27.

At approximately 12:15 p.m., Roseville officers were dispatched to the area of Common and Hayes roads for a report of a traffic crash. When they arrived, officers learned that the driver of one of the vehicles had fled the scene, according to a press release from the Roseville Police Department.

While officers were investigating, they located a deceased person, a 62-year-old Roseville woman, in one of the vehicles involved in the crash.
