ROCHESTER HILLS — Oakland University’s ongoing expansion will soon include a “reinvention” of landmark building Wilson Hall. According to OU officials, nearly 70 percent of the 54,000-square-foot Wilson Hall renovation and 40,000-square-foot addition will be dedicated to student activities and services aimed at improving graduation rates and job placement.

The amendment aims to establish regulations regarding mechanical units in side yards and establish requirements for sheds and small buildings covering 120 square feet of ground or more that otherwise do not require a building permit.
