WEST BLOOMFIELD — Two men were arrested last week after an armed robbery in West Bloomfield.

Two victims were reportedly robbed at gunpoint inside a home in a condominium complex in the area of Maple and Haggerty roads Jan. 30.

A third person called in the robbery after watching it via a video surveillance system within the complex.

West Bloomfield Police Department officers arrived at the scene and saw a suspect running from the condo. Officers ran after the suspect, but lost sight of him.

A K-9 unit from Bloomfield Hills assisted West Bloomfield officers in a search, but no suspect was found.

A Rolex watch and two pairs of car keys were stolen during the robbery and home invasion.

One victim sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene by the West Bloomfield Fire Department.

The next day, on Jan. 31, West Bloomfield Police Department detectives were able to identify both suspects believed to have been involved in the incident. Detectives located the suspects — identified as Kaylin Pryor, 19, and Abraham Harajli, 23 — and took them into custody. The stolen property was recovered.

Each suspect was charged with first-degree home invasion and two counts of armed robbery.

“Our dispatchers, officers and detectives did an outstanding job in identifying, locating and arrested these suspects within a 24-hour period,” said WBPD Deputy Chief Curt Lawson.

Both suspects were arraigned Feb. 2 in the 48th District Court in Bloomfield Township by Judge Diane D’Agostini and are lodged in Oakland County Jail. Their bond was set at $1 million, no 10 percent. Attorneys for the suspects could not be reached by press time.
