WEST BLOOMFIELD – According to a press release from the West Bloomfield Police Department, at around 5 p.m. Jan. 9, a witness saw a physical altercation take place in a parking lot located at 4301 Orchard Lake Road.
The release states that the altercation involved males in their late teens or early 20s.
One of the males involved reportedly discharged a firearm.
Everyone who was a part of the altercation fled the area before police arrived on the scene.
There are no known injuries, according to the report.
“None of the participants attend West Bloomfield Schools,” the release states. “The investigation is ongoing.”
