Roseville police respond to woman found lying in road

ROSEVILLE — The Roseville Police Department said that officers responded to a report of an injured woman lying in the travel lanes of westbound 13 Mile Road, east of Gratiot Avenue, at 11:23 a.m. Oct. 4.

Upon arrival, officers found a 21-year-old Roseville resident lying in the road as reported. Police secured the scene and the Roseville Fire Department rendered aid.

The injured woman was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The Police Department said in a prepared statement Oct. 4 that the woman was listed in temporary serious condition.

The incident remained under investigation.
