Police are looking for two men who allegedly took a wallet from a 77-year-old woman inside a large grocery store in Rochester Hills Oct. 2.

Deputies from the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office said the two suspects worked together to cause a distraction and then took a wallet out of the purse of the 77-year-old woman who had been shopping at the store.

The two men, according to deputies, then proceeded to drive to another nearby retail store and used the credit cards they took from the victim.

Deputies said similar incidents involving the same suspects have been reported in surrounding cities.

The first suspect was described as a white man who spoke with an accent and was wearing a red sweater and blue jeans, with a mask covering his face.
