Make time for turtles
The Sterling Heights Public Library, 40255 Dodge Park Road, will hold an “It’s Turtle Time” event at 10:30 a.m. May 30. The event will feature appearances by real Michigan turtles along with turtle songs, races and information. City to host cornhole games
The Sterling Heights Bocce Barn will host Drop-in Corn Hole Nights 5-9 p.m. May 24-26. The Bocce Barn is located behind the Sterling Heights Senior Center, 40200 Utica Road.

The event doesn’t require RSVPs, so players may walk in. Admission is free for Sterling Heights residents with ID proof and costs $5 for nonresidents. Learn more by calling (586) 446-2700.

 

Park to host health expo
The Dodge Park Farmers Market Pavilion, 40620 Utica Road, will host a Healthy Living Expo 10 a.m.-1 p.m. May 24. The event will feature vendors, free screenings, diet tips, doctors and more. Admission and a lunch are free, and the first 300 guests will get a free tote bag.

Help clean up Delia Park
The Clinton River Watershed Council is looking for volunteers of “all ages, backgrounds and skill levels” to help clean up Delia Park, 3001 18 Mile Road, 10 a.m.-noon May 31, rain or shine. Reminder: The Memorial Day Parade is coming
