WARREN — Becky Kelley grew up coming to her grandparents’ home on Cousino Drive in Warren. The house fell in the shade of mature trees as the sun moved across the sky. Kelley lives in the house now and remembers the trees coming down three years ago when the street was redone. Sadly, the tree the city planted in the easement to replace one that was removed during construction was destroyed, along with at least seven others on Cousino — north of 13 Mile Road and west of Mound Road — by an apparent act of wanton vandalism May 16.
