Gov. G. Mennen (Soapy) Williams and his wife, Nancy, visit Keego Harbor in 1956 after winning his unprecedented fifth term. He toured Keego Harbor’s business section and greeted officials, but he spent most of the time with the citizens, demonstrating his vote-getting techniques and charming the town.
