Rochester High cheer rumbles along

The Rochester High JV and varsity cheer teams won crowns Jan. 23 in the Royal Rumble.

The event, hosted by the Falcons, brought in a multitude of different divisions.

In D-1 varsity, Rochester finished first with 782.30 points, followed by Rochester Adams (769.86), Brighton High (765.90), Troy Athens (761), Utica Eisenhower (725.30) and Livonia Franklin (680.94).

At the JV level, the Falcons won with 736.14, and were followed by Athens (688.98), Adams (680.70), Brighton (674.58), Eisenhower (666.02) and Franklin (557.60).

In D-2, DeWitt High finished first with 746.98, and Armada High won D-3 with 741.36.
