After winning a share of the Oakland Activities Association Red Division, the first regional title and a Class A quarterfinal game, North Farmington boys basketball looks to keep its dream season alive.

The Raiders take on Lansing Everett at 2:50 p.m. March 24 in a semifinal at the Breslin Center. At stake, a shot at a state title against the winner of Macomb Dakota and U of D Jesuit.

North Farmington (23-2 overall) has dominated in the postseason, winning its five games by an average of 16.8 points and hasn’t lost a game since the middle of January.

Everett (16-10) comes in with some postseason magic. The Vikings tied for third in the Capital Area Activities Conference Blue Division and had lost two straight before opening the playoffs.

Since then, Everett has won its playoff games by an average of 11 points, including a win against the Blue Division champion East Lansing in a regional final, the only loss for the that squad.

Last season, the Vikings lost in the semifinal to Saginaw Arthur Hill. Their last state title came in 2004.
