ROCHESTER HILLS — The city of Rochester Hills, in partnership with the Road Commission for Oakland County, kicked off a reconstruction project on Livernois Road, between Avon Road and Walton Boulevard, this week. Construction on the approximately $5.6 million project will run through November.
