ROSEVILLE — The Roseville Police Department is on the lookout for an unusual criminal.

According to the department, a man entered the Rite Aid at Nine Mile Road and Gratiot Avenue at approximately 2 p.m. Dec. 15 and allegedly stole $200 worth of lotion.

He was described as a 25- to 30-year-old man who stood between 5 feet, 10 inches, and 6 feet tall. He was wearing a Pittsburgh Steelers jacket at the time of the incident. He was recorded on surveillance cameras while in the store.
