CLINTON TOWNSHIP — MedStar Ambulance wants to fill one of its ambulances with food donations in an effort to help Macomb Community Action’s Macomb Food Program.

Food and monetary donations will be accepted from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 20 at Partridge Creek Mall, 17420 Hall Road in Clinton Township. The goal is to raise $20,000 and 1,000 pounds of food.

Individuals and groups can help by collecting food, checks or cash and dropping the donations off at Partridge Creek on the day of the event. Large group donations can be picked up.

Recognition of donations will be posted on the Macomb Food Program’s social media pages.
