Event Details

The events in our calendar were submitted prior to the coronavirus crisis. As efforts have increased to contain the spread of the coronavirus, many events have been canceled. On March 13, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer issued an executive order to cancel all events statewide that involve more than 250 people. It is recommended that you call ahead if you still intend to attend one of these events.

Learn to be a severe weather spotter

The Warren Civic Center Library, located at 1 City Square in Warren, will host a Skywarn training session at 6 p.m. Skywarn is a severe weather spotting program that was created by the National Weather Service and is taught by trained volunteers nationwide. The class is free and open to the public, but advance registration is required. To register or for more information, call (586) 751-0770 or go to www.warrenlibrary.net.
