Grosse Pointe North captured a Division 1 district championship with a 50-18 victory against St. Clair Shores Lakeview in a district final on the Norsemen’s home floor Feb. 6.
North defeated Grosse Pointe South in a district semifinal match. Lakeview defeated East Detroit in its semifinal.
North faced Macomb Dakota in a regional semifinal match Feb. 13, after press time.
