They are trying to find Carmen Patricia Miranda-Portelli, described as a 29-year-old Hispanic woman with brown hair and brown eyes. She stands 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 126 pounds. According to police, she was last seen at about 6 p.m. July 31 near Grand River and Orchard Lake roads. She was wearing black shorts and a black shirt.
Police said that they have no indication of foul play at this time, but her family is concerned for her welfare.
