A woman walking her dog behind an elementary school discovered a man sitting on a bench with his pants down, exposing himself, just after 6 p.m. July 23.
Troy police said the woman was walking her dog behind Morse Elementary School, 475 Cherry, near Maple and Rochester roads, when she saw a man sitting on a bench. According to reports, the man pulled his shorts down and began to fondle himself.
The woman ran home and called police.
The suspect is described as a white man, 30 to 40 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall and of average build. He has light brown hair, and was wearing black shorts and a black T-shirt. It is not known if anyone else was in the immediate area at the time of the incident.
